Warm potato salad with olives and pepper

INGREDIENTS:
3 Garlic tooth
3 tablespoons Scalloped vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Chili peppers
5 tablespoons Olive oil
1.4kg Young potatoes
110g Canned pepper
0.6 cup Chopped parsley
0.3 cup Olives without pips
COOKING INSTRUCTION:
Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in boiling
salt water for about 10-15 minutes. Drain and cut in half.
