INGREDIENTS:
1 Spinach bundle
two tablespoons Lemon juice
two tablespoons Sharpened walnuts
1 Garlic tooth
one teaspoon Soy sauce
COOKING INSTRUCTION:
Rinse the spinach and scald with boiling water – it should
not be too small. Then rinse under cold water and place it
on a plate.
Mix lemon juice and soy sauce, add walnuts and squeeze
out the garlic slice. Mix everything thoroughly, season
with spinach leaves.
